Okay, so my EFLC holds a bunch of mods and I get it. It's pretty harsh for my game and my PC.

 

But I STILL DON'T GET WHY MUST IT BE SPAWNING "CAR WASHING MACHINES" IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREETS/PARKS/AIRPORT AND MAKE PEOPLE/CAR BUMP INTO IT

 

Please help me geniuses. Thanks

    This is usually caused by your savegame. I'm not entirely sure why but if you remove your savegame, start a new one, or play in a multiplayer session they'll all disappear.
