when I first select a character then a car and I first start driving,the game freezes and rage hook plugin terminates the plugin and I never played lspdfr before and this is my first time please help I really want to play

In your main GTA V directory is a text document called "RagePluginHook". Please attach the document to your next reply.

Based off your log, it appears as though you have too many plugins that are set to launch when you go on duty.  I used to have this very same problem on my old rig.  Would go on duty, and often times LSPDFR would terminate because it was taking too long to load the plugins.  Usually, if I loaded LSPDFR again and went on duty, it was fine.  My advice would be to either remove some plugins, or just bare through it and force duty again.

 

I assume reloading LSPDFR and going on duty the second time works for you.  If not, please do correct me.

so I removed some uneeded plugins and now the game crashes when I select a vehicle,I am just going to start from scratch and see if that works

What plugins did you remove?

I removed assorted callouts,police radio,lspdr+ and a few other and i only kept traffic policer

Police Radio you can definitely keep.  That is one of the most handy plugins you can have.

 

I'd try adding back in LSPDFR+ as well.

I acutally uninstalled the games since I had a ton of useless car mods that lags it a lot but I have 100mb internet so it shouldn't take 8 hours to install

I finally managed to get it working however it only works on one police station and I get a ton lag spikes when I start but they go away eventually for some reason.
