Dear guys i had a bug when i arrest somebody and i hit "N" for prisoner transport its happens a ghost man spawn on my police car and take the prisoner in my car and just drive off :D :D  if comes prisoner van everything is okay only happens when police cruiser come to take prisoner how i can fix that

N is not prisoner transport.  8 is. 

 

I'm also very confused by "ghost man".  I've not heard of such a thing.

By default N opens the lspdfr menu. ( toggle receive calls/run records checks/ ect). And yeah I am with Forecaster on this one with the ghostman is a first for me; Kevin Bacon is stealing your car? (oh wait that's hollow man). You should update your post with you're ragehook log which can be found inside the main GTA install location. that might help pin this down.
