hey guys can anyone help me install els and coop for gta 5 i want to  use coop for my multyplayer and els for my lights on my pd car the problem is that it does not show up in my game  i put them both in the plugins and i made a scripts folder and also put them in there as well if anyone knows how to fix this issue please message me back thanks from nypd1999
