Are they in the same folder as RagePluginHook.exe?  If not, move them to that folder.

yes but i tried running the rage plugin hook and it still gave me the notice

Try redownloading Rage.

i installed it again and it has a list of things required i have all but 3 

 visual c++ redistributable for visual audio studio 2015

 visual c++ redistributable for visual audio studio 2015(MSVCP140.dll)

 visual c++ redistributable for visual audio studio 2015(VCRUNTIME140.dll)

You just install them like any other program.

Start up ragehook and see if you get any more errors.

i got everything in but when i load the game it says Dependency BINK2W64.DLL is missing. please reinstall the game.

 

You are going to need to verify integrity of game files, or reinstall.

Right click GTA V in your Steam library, properties-->local game files-->verify integrity.

Not for gta v

Go to your GTA V shortcut, right click and click properties at the end of the path ("D:\Program Files\Malwarebytes\Anti-Malware\mbam.exe") add -verify at the very end.

I have the exact same problem as him. Went through all the steps you guys provided here with no luck. (Non-steam copy)

 i looked a video up on youtube and i found an alternative and i downloaded this link and it is running now. Thanks everyone for everything much appreciated.
