Here's several questions for you.  Zlib error indicates something was corrupt.

1) What car are you trying to install?

2) Did you just recently install the game?

3) If you type in "spawn carname" in the Rage console, what happens? Same thing?

I need donations to help fund my food addiction. DM for details 😂

I have tried this with a vannila copy of the game and still get the spawn error so its not a corrupt model

Is the zlib error ONLY when trying to spawn car models?  What about cars that are already in game, such as responding police units.

Well when I am on a moddded game with els cars and modded peds and visual V the roads, trees buildings etc take a long time to spawn as with the cars. once I finnaly get he cars to spawn I can play LSPDFR for like 5 minutes then get zlib, i have verifyied game cache but once I put cars and visula V back in it does it again

I would revert your graphics back to the base GTA V if things are loading in slowly.  Sounds like your computer may be struggling a little.

That's the only thing I can think of.  Graphics mods can be quite resource intensive depending on the mod.
