Can somebody suggest me how i open the doors in the PD station. I'd like to know this because then i can play with a partner and K9.

Do  you have LSPDFR and Rage installed?

Press F4 to open the Rage console and type "Forceduty".  Does anything happen? Does it say you've gone on duty?

I can go on duty and stuff. But if i go to the PD i can open the front doors but not the others. Also i can't put prisoners in the jail.

There are only a few police stations you can actually go inside.  With most, you just need to go up to the doors and you'll be prompted to press "E".

But if you press in the consel ''F4'' and type ''GotoPD'' that station. There you can grab a partner. But are they also responding on E.

You actually can't grab a partner.  The only way to get a partner is with a partner mod.

I've already downloaded that Plugin.

Depending on which plugin it is, it may actually be a keybind to open the partner menu, not getting one at the station.

Alright lisen I can open every other PD door and go on duty there but the main PD isn't working.

There are some police stations you cannot go inside.  With some, you need to just approach the door and you will be prompted to go on duty.  If you're not getting a prompt at this station only, you could be at the wrong door.
