Hi there.  Are you 100% positive you have followed the install to a T?

 

LSPDFR and RAGE are both a simple drag and drop of files, the read me says where they go.

 

What specifically is happening?  Did you try and set it up and it's not working? is it crashing?

is said rage was not up to date so I updated that and now when I launch game it crashes

I got the 1.0.944.2 update of the game is that a problem

GTA V and RAGE both have to be up to date.  You can't use an up to date version on one and an out of date on the other.

any suggestions to stop it from crashing when I start up I got all green check marks its says in bottom left corner version is  supported as soon as the screen turns black it crashes

I believe this is your anti virus or firewall causing the problem.   Add GTA V as an exception to your anti virus and try again.

the game is just updating  ill try that right after its done sorry for late reply

It's okay.  Why is it updating? I mean, I don't believe an update was released.
