Need assistance with installing a new siren

I follow the instructions on how to install a different siren, but it does not work for me. I have seen other people do it and I follow their steps on how they do it but it does not work for me. Every time I try to do it, when I start up rage hook, social club kicks in and does like a 107mb update every time I try and change the siren. Any suggestions? Add me on discord @ Audiatorix#7330
