ELS has a bug in it that is making it to where I am unable to perform a traffic stop. When I use a non els vehicle I am able to perform a traffic stop. Please help me fix this or update the mod and fix!

You didn't really provide information as to what happens, or what the bug is.    Please provide more information on what the problem is.

When I get behind somebody to pull them over I mark them and activate my lights and it does not pull them over. But when I use a Non ELS vehicle and mark them and turn my lights on behind them. I am able to pull them over!

You have to turn on your lights until they are stage 3/all lights.  You cannot pull people over with stage 1 or 2 lighting.

I'm doing that but It is not doing anything. I even made a video doing so on my YouTube channel. Its at the end of the video showing the issue.

Was it working fine for you before, or has ELS enabled cars never been able to?

Before the update on ELS here recently it was working fine. But after ELS updated I haven't been able to perform a traffic stop.

I haven't updated my ELS, and haven't been following the topic on it.  This very well could be an ELS related bug.

 

One thing to try, in your ELS INI, look for:

 

ElsTrafCtrlOn = true.

 

Change to false.  May change nothing, but worth trying.

I have tried that! And it didn't work! Sadly!

Two things.

 

One, which ELS vehicles are you trying to use?

 

Two, which slots are these vehicles in?

LA police pack. And police 1 2 3 4 and fbi slots

I have the LA pack, and ran into an issue with the slicktop Taurus (can't use secondary tones), but the CVPI worked for me.  Try several of the other vehicles from the pack. See if it happens with all of them.

It happens with the entire pack. I know most people are having the same issue. But not everybody.

Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for you other than you could try a completely different ELS car and verify if it's that pack or this version of ELS.  Sorry I can't offer more.

Also, check your RAGE and ELS log just in case it says any type of errors.

There is a bug with els at the moment when u go past ai with lights on or pull someone over and honk your horn the ai will drive in a straight line and smash into anything infront of them without trying to turn and at fullspeed
