The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hi,

 

Recently I have had trouble with my game, and after long hours of troubleshooting, I did a clean install. The game launched fine after that, however as soon as I install RageHook (0.50.1044.10171), the game crashes upon launch. Additionally, Grand Theft Auto V is running on the latest patch. Here is the RPH log, any help is appreciated.

Open RagePluginHook and look under "Advanced settings."  In the option "Enable counter measures against online vehicles from being removed in single player" is checked, uncheck it.  Try loading again,

I believe there is, but I haven't used AVG in years.  I believe in the AVG control panel there should be something along the lines of "allowed programs/white listed programs".
