The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I want to get rid of the basic dialog in the top left and KEEP the one where I can question...Both seem to overwrite each other. Does anyone know a fix?

They are both the same dialogue, it seems.  Not sure why you have doubles.  Is this on every single traffic stop?

Yes, I downloaded LCPDFR...then LCPDFR+, it seems to be those two causing the issue but I cannot find where to turn it off from LCPDFR as I prefer the dialogue options on +

Open up the LSPDFR+ INI. Look for "Bringuptrafficstopmenukey".  Change it from E to something else.  But do remember, LSPDFR+ is intended to enhance LSPDFR.  So you still want to use this menu.
