Lights not flashing correctly (Small issue)

Hi everyone!

 

So on my police cars, the lights are not flashing entirely correctly, meaning I can see the decal of the light, but it doesn't emit any light effect, if you know what I mean. 

 

Take any police car mod, and you'll see that on their photo, they like to showcase the light effect, kinda like the screenshots on this mod: 

 

Here's a photo of my issue. If you can help, that'd be great!

Make sure you have some sort of visual mod installed like Radiance V or Bright Lights. Also, make sure your Shader and Post FX settings are set to either High or above.

Just fixed it, downloaded Radiance V and did the lightsemissive thing. Thank you both, I really appreciate how you took time to help. Thanks a lot!
