I have searched high and low to disable my horn key or change it from E. I am looking to be able to access my computer without the vehicle ive pulled over finding a new place to pull over. My horn is tied into my ELS and I'm not sure how to change horn keys. HELP ME PLEASE!!!

This is because the ELS option traffic control is set to true.  You can set it to false so this doesn't happen.

 

ELS traffic control and AI doesn't mix well.

While this is true, even without ELS, if you press the horn key, the car is going to pull over somewhere else.
