Emergency lights not showing

Hey guys,

 

So I'm brand new to modding as legit today I first started. I have installed two [non-els] vehicles and clearly did something wrong as in the pictures the emergency lights aren't working as well as lights from other vehicles and traffic lights are not also appearing correctly! If anyone knows the issue, could you please help me out stating what it is and how to fix it :D It would be very appreciated!!!
