RDE and ELS- issues anyone?

Featured Replies

Hello All,

I have ELS and RDE both installed. Only the police 1, 2 and 3 slots worked, in addition to the sheriff sedan. It seems the models edited by RDE do not work with ELS, as these models, despite being appropriately renamed, simply spawn with a few of their light extras activated. I have already checked and changed vehicles.meta and carvariations.meta to match those models that work with ELS, but I still am unable to get these to work. I have checked the community, and as far as I know, am the only one experiencing this issue.  Any thoughts?

Make sure that the VCF file that comes with the ELS vehicle is named exactly as the vehicle appears in the RDE archive.

(Ex. Replace a vehicle in the noose2 slot, the VCF should be named noose2.xml)

I have been careful to this, even ensuring proper capitalization. Thank you for the suggestion though, that is a mistake I've seen made before.
