The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I'm assuming you had the same problem as I did. Where they just sit in their car and burn rubber and turn tires. I removed all of the non-vanilla files except the mods folder, uninstalled LSPD, and that seemed to have worked for me. Then just reinstall all the dependencies for LSPDFR, along with itself.

I fixed it, it was somthing to do with "Trainer V" i reinstalled it and it works now :)
