This video below explains/shows whats happening with the police cars... I currently have only LSPDFR inside my game, and it still does it...

    I'm assuming you had the same problem as I did. Where they just sit in their car and burn rubber and turn tires. I removed all of the non-vanilla files except the mods folder, uninstalled LSPD, and that seemed to have worked for me. Then just reinstall all the dependencies for LSPDFR, along with itself.

    I fixed it, it was somthing to do with "Trainer V" i reinstalled it and it works now :)

     

    Problem solved... Please delete!
