The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello everyone,

 

For my normal gameplay, I've noticed that every time the FBI2 spawns, it's only spawning one PED. Furthermore, it seems like it's over compensating for the minimum amount of PEDs spawned by the backup.xml file by spawning more vehicles, or in some instances, spawning one PED in the vehicle with the rest of the PEDs outside of the vehicle. I've done a little research on this (Searching on Google and some other GTAV forums), but to no avail. I've only seen one other person post about this on a totally different forum, with no responses. I'm reaching out to this community to see if anyone knows how to fix this, or if it's just one of those GTA V things that just can't be worked around, or perhaps a model specific thing.
