Request for a low profile ELS 2015 Dodge Charger

It could use this model, if permitted

This model in particular just needs few tweaks, like removing the bullbar, antennas, a few internal equipment and repositioning lights, to be able to be used like a civillian vehicle, but with sirens and lights for an emergency situation. Kinda like the original FIB.

I'm aware there are models without bullbar, but they don't support ELS.

Also, if possible, a way to add the radio wheel into it. I found a few scripts for this, but they're outdated and won't work anymore...
