Hello everyone, so I've been looking through the dev resources and I want to know where many users are getting BxBugs's Whelen Legacy bar and the wraparound bar for the 2015/2016 Charger from.  If unable to do so, can anyone point me in the direction of good quality modern lightbars for dev purposes?

There is practically no lightbars currently for GTA V which can be found for public use. Many have either been given the lightbars through friendship or have converted lightbars from IV (Bugs, however, does not have his lightbars for download anymore with the closing of another site) and using them in GTA V cars with the permission of the creator (or without if they are looking to potentially spark trouble.) Wraps, however, you can find many of for GTA V on accurate studio's website.

Also one last thing, any good resources other than the user guide for ELS mapping?  Used to zmodeler 2 and GTA IV mapping so I'm unsure if I need to make dummies like we used to have to and how to setup the LODs.
