So I have currently four cars working in GTA V, a Tahoe Police, 15-16 Charger both are ELS and a 13 Charger and 11 Tahoe none els.

 

My question is I installed this

 

I found the folder to be in patchday3 not patchday9. Disregard the none ELS cars I have installed, this pack works for the Tahoe and the charger in the patchday3 folder, and when I use OpenIV to see the ford police interceptor it shows the model, but it either doesn't load in game or it loads the Taurus look alike gta v vehicle.

 

I have tried installing multiple cars, like the CVPI and it also does not work.

 

I have uploaded a screen of the FPI showing it installed in the folder, but again the car wont load in game

You should have just put them where it said to.  You don't have to overwrite the default models. Any patchday later than where the model exists will work.

 

Anyway, if you really want to overwrite police3, it would be in patchday4ng. OpenIV has a search feature, Ctrl-F3. Type police3.yft in the search field and you'll see the model is in patchday4ng, then double click it and it'll take you there where you can overwrite it.

ok awesome, I'm use to just overwriting files with other games, this makes more sense, I'm going to give it a try. Thank you!
