Hi community,

so I installed LCPDFR for GTA IV: EFLC...

Install was successful, but the GTA won't start. If I click "Run as Administrator" the Social Club popups but if I click "Play" its not starting....

I have Windows 8.1 and I have read much of other topics here but I have not found a solution. If anyone wants I can add video...
