Callouts very few far and in between.

So i obviously have lsdpfr installed and along with that I have pretty much all of Albo's scripts installed as well. LSPDFR+ traffic policer assorted callouts, I also have like traffic control and LP callouts. I have noticed even the base lsdpfr callouts are very few far and in between meaning i get a callout every 10-15 minutes if not longer. I am not sure if that is normal or what but I feel like in the past they were in fact more frequent. 

Another issue having nothing to do with callouts but the light coloring on some of the cop cars I have installed, so I am not sure if its the visual mod I use or maybe the cop cars themselves but I am using Captain 14's lspd, sheriff and fbi car packs and I notice that the lights on the front and on the light bar itself are bright and just pure red and blue they look great then I notice lights on the back inside the back window or some cars have some lights inside the side windows are like faded almost, the red lights look like an orangish color and the blue lights looked washed out as well.

I am using Make visuals great again 2.0 and I have put in the ENB files that come with version 2.0 my shader quality and post fx is at very high so I am not sure what the issue is but all the different cars and lights some being perfect while some being washed out, I dont quite understand what my issue is.

Any help or info would be greatly appreciated as I have only been playing lspdfr for a short amount of time and I love the mod and I play it alot. Just trying to get my game to look great especially the lights because lets be honest nothing is more appealing than some nice bright and full of color police lights!
