RPH crashes no matter what

so I was having issues with RPH 47 with everytime I tried to load eupmenu.dll via console, RPH would automatically crash..

now that I have a brand new reinstall, everytime I load any plugin (tried only lspdfr.dll) and the game crashes no matter what..... I though RPH fixed crashing errors or something??

 

windows 10 x64 home premium

8GB RAM

AMD 8310 

MSI 970A-G43 motherboard

sapphire radeon R9 270x

RPH 47 worked but crashed when I loaded eupmenu. never tried lspdfr 944.2 only supported

lspdfr plugin or GTA V crashed? find your Rage log in your gta folder, usually found after ragepluginhook.exe and open it, hit Ctrl a, open pastebin.com, select new paste, hit Ctrl v, get the link after you pasted it and supply that with your issue in the specific mod topic, it helps the developer diagnose the problem you may have.

    I just tried it now without OPENiv asi and immediately crashes.... I always get "fatal error" when its loading. that seems rather odd TBH.

    READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE MODS..THEY'RE CALLED READMEs   AKA read me for a reason

    Try holding shift when launching RPH, and uncheck this option:

     

    Command line option -enableCounterMeasuresAgainstOnlineVehicleRemoval is specified; enabling counter measures against removal of online vehicles in singleplayer.

    the command line option wasn't checked, I did have it in my commandline.txt file though... I did delete it however.

    it works now... for some reason I dont show "fatal error" when its loading now... have to see if eup will work. EUP menu now works as well, but since I didnt have OPenIV in the root folder, everything was messed up
