The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I installed this mod in to gta v and i don't really like it. Does anyone how to uninstall Make Visuals Great Again?

A lot of mods don't have an easy uninstallation process (if at all), which is why is it advised that you keep stable backups of your GTA V installation ready in the event that you don't like a mod that you're trying out.
