The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Your not going to get a plugin pack because of licensing, so just browse the most downloaded from scripts and vehicles. Shouldn't take too long.

Also, alot of plugins/scripts still need to be updated. I'd just install some visual mods and play basic lsdpfr till then.

  HELLO ALL!!! I have probably the wierdest issue with my game ever. My EMS backup responds, my fire backup responds, but PD AI is non-existant. Like there is no police driving around, no police in the stations, nothing that shows PD ever existed. I have reinstalled LSPDFR, reinstalled the game itself, reinstalled and uninstalled UB, and nothing. Even disabling my mods folder didnt work. Anyone?

  Launch into normal GTA V. Then once fully in story mode, tab out and launch RPH.
