Lighting issue with rear lights // RESOLVED

Featured Replies

So I've been having an issue where the flashing rear lights on my police vehicles look 'blotchy'. They seem like there's a shadow inside of the lights. This happens with all police vehicles I install with rear flashing lights, every carcols, every visualsettings and I'm not sure what the problem may be. I've tried reinstalling GTA V, changing my graphic settings around, and no luck.

I'm not sure as to exactly when it started happening, but it was around 2/3 weeks ago and I can't recall making any changes that could of caused this. (I'm aware that something I did obviously caused it but I don't know what)

Video of the issue: https://youtu.be/sW7fmlE1ArY  // You can see in the video I change the weather, enable/disable snow etc and it still happens. It also appears worse in the evening/night instead of during the day.

I've tried literally everything I can think of to try to resolve this, I've researched the issue for days and I can't find anything. Please any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
