For my police cars I would like to have a red illumination instead of white or clear for taxi light ... I have total car control just want to know what I would have to change for it to be red... please don't  suggest a visual mod like version 8 ect....

The only way to change it is to edit in visualsettings.dat. The problem with that is it'll change it for all the cars. So there really isn't any way to do it.

Ok what value would it be another  issue I have is with a dark tint can't see through the windshield...it kinda of bugs me because I love the tint gumps cobra Tahoe..  can u fix it maybe?

Afaik there is no way to fix it. It's assigned to all cars using the interior light. There's nothing I can do.

I was asking if u knew or could fix with the Tahoe tint by Gump  to be able to see to be able to see out the windshield I like how dark the tent is but I can't see out of the windshield

He didn't apply the textures properly. The outside and insides are supposed to be two separate materials. inside texture is clear, outside is tinted. You'll have to consult him on that issue.
