The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Simple question, Anyone know if a tutorial on making extras (Lightbars, ALPR Systems, ext...). If not, what do i use to model the shape out? if i wanted to make an ALPR system, what would i use to model the shape out? Any information would be greatly appriciated!

Um, 3d modelling?, attaching to car?. Blender and zmodeler are you're best bets
