I have a problem, when i start gta. i get in the menu. i press Game, (new game not a loaded file) it says starting a new game, and then the light goes from the left to the right and keeps loading forever, i had this problem now 100 times i tryed al the patches. but i cannot instal patch 6 or 7 because i get an error here is the report :

I reinstalled gta iv many times, and installed the mod with patch 1030 1040, and patch 5

but stil it did not worked and it had the same problem as i have now. it keeps in the loading screen.

And there is another problem but this has nothing to do with the mod i think, i cannot instal patch 6 nor patch 7 i get the following error ;

And i dont know which version of the patch i need for the latest lcpdfr mod.

I hope somebody can help me, and i am sorry for my bad english.

You can install patch 7 directly. No need to install them in order. Latest version is 1.0.7.0

i have the same problem i left it for hours but it just keeps loading i did the diagnostics tool and said everything is ok and when i install version 1.0.7.0 i get some oriental messege and wont start gta iv please help

You are running the wrong exe when trying to update it.

I try them both. and both did not work,

I will Uninstal the game, Instal it again, And then Instal it directly from version 1 to 7.. But i doubt it...

And if that does not work for me... then i have to leave this great mod alone..

Oh dear. I just figured out. You should have download this: http://www.microsoft...9f-b21f31ab88b7 and this: http://www.microsoft...&displaylang=en . And installed them.
