The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

LSPDFR Crash After Requesting Transport

This issue happens every once in a while but not all the time. What will happen is I'll press 8 for transport (pretty sure it's Arrest Manager that handles that) and then I'll get an LSPDFR crash immediately afterwards. I've included a partial log (hopefully it's enough) I played for a while and didn't want to paste a huge log so I've gathered the last part and then some.
