The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello i did a fresh install on windows 8.1 N i installed every requirment for the rage plugin and i installed LSPDFR.I disable the fire wall and start rage plug  as an administrator but it doesn't launch it just dissapers on task manager in 5seconds.
