I can't seem to figure out why this is doing it. So, on a fresh install I have installed both the Viva New York and Flashing Lights mod (manual file transfer instead of the .exe) and so far no luck. EFLC freezes on load screen and "not responding" happens. Anyone know if there is a bug in either of the two that could be causing this problem?

EDIT: I can verify that it was the Flashing Lights mod as Viva New York runs perfect alone.
