The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

GTA Crash; May be LSPDFR

I do not know what the issue is. I installed LSPDFR first, then installed RAGE Hook to override the LSPDFR Rage Hook since its out of date. But when I start it up, it crashes when on the loading screen. Here is the Rage Hook crash report.
