RPH crash game on lunch

Yesterday the game work perfecly, I instal a mod and it make crash my game. I uninstal the game, all the lspdfr files and the plugin files. the game it is brand new fresh instal. I put the LSPDFR 0.31. manually in my game folder, put the RageHook 0.47. when I start the game , it crash at is lunch. I tried everything, add scriphook, remove LSPDFR plugin folder , reinstall the game several time, close my antivrus and firewall. nothing work , but when I start the game normaly , not with rage , it work. I tried everything but nothing work,

I run in a win10, steam, game version is 1.0.877.1
