The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Have you installed any new plugins/scripts or something like that? That's maybe the problem. Delete the latest plugin/script you installed. One of your plugins/scripts will not work for this version, so you have to find out what plugin/script that keeps crashing on your game. Good luck!
