Game crashing when sirens turned on

Featured Replies

Hello!

Hopefully, someone can help me here. I'm rather new to modding GTA V so forgive me if there is something obvious I'm missing here. Attached is the crash report that I get when the game crashed.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Tried removing them and that didn't work. Changed back to stock car models and that didn't work. Disabled all plugins and that worked, so that's the problem. Working out what it is now!

have you made a backup of the default files? if so, try going to Grand Theft Auto V/x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf and delete the vehicle.wav file and replace it with a clean version. do this if you havent done it alread. aditionally, you can just delete the whole audio folder and replace that so you dont need to open openiv. I looked through the report and couldnt find any errors that might cause your game to be crashing. i am not that good at coding and locating errors in error messages so i hope another dev comes by and looks at it.

Sure can, all working now - turned out to be the DLC file not working properly for the LSPD Vehicle Pack _ ELS Style Lights 2.0.0
