The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So recently i have not been able to switch skins on Captian14's ELS style police pack cars. I go to the YTD files, replace them with the skin i want, and save. When i open the YTF file it shows the skin on the car, but when i go into game and spawn the car, the skin dosen't show up, it just shows the default skin. If anyone knows what the problem is please let me know, i would greatly appreciate it. 

 

Quick Note: I have tried deleting the default skin from the YTD file, then renamed the skin i want to install to the skins name (ex. chrger_skin_1). Additionally I have tried to uninstall and re install the pack MULTIPLE times and it still dosen't work.
