The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have been trying to install a skin for Captian14's LSPD ELS style pack and the skins wont work. i have tried with 2 different skins and they both dont work. Before the recent update where Captian14 added the FPIS, skins were working fine but now it wont. I go to the Grand Theft Auto V/update/x64/dlcpacks/lspdpack/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/lspdpack.rpf, then i open each YTD file and replace the default livery with the one i want to install instead, then once i replace it i save the file. Once i go into the game it still has the default skins even though it shows the skins i want in the YTD files, and on the vehicle model in the YTF files. Anyone know how to fix this?
