Game won't startup after LSPDFR and RAGE Hook is installed

I'm new to LCPDFR/LSPDFR. I was able to install LCPDFR for GTA IV successfully. I was able to also install mods to it too. Nothing ever bad happened. Now I just purchased GTA V off of steam. I launched it for the first time with no mods installed. It was great. So then I went to install LSPDFR off of the website. (Manual install to be exact.) I then dragged the files into the game directory. Then I went to install the latest version of RAGEplugin hook. I installed that successfully. I then went to launch GTAV.exe... "GTA 5 exited unexpectedly" I then used my unmodded backup files to replace the modded version. I still cannot get onto the game.

I suppose the files and stuff in LSPDFR and RAGE are the issue. Like I said, I am new to modding GTA and LSPDFR. Someone please help me as soon as possible.
