I think you use zoom out as %95 which causes too much wide angle view (like fish eye lenses does) I guess %50 is the normal and if you go to like %15 than it will have an real zoom effect and bring depth of field.

So. Sergant Michell was patrolling at highway, and was arresting a suspect. Then, some crazy maniac comes and almost drives over Sergant Michell and the suspect. PLUS, he rips Sergant Michell's cruiser door off, and guess does he become mad! Sergant Michell desides to release the suspect with a warning and search for this maniac. After a quick search, he finds him! He turns his sirens on, and asks him to pull over in red lights. But, ofcourse, the suspect attempts to evade. the chase continues, and around 4 Officers joins the pursuit. After a little time, the suspect gets stuck between a wall and Sergant Michell, other units are around him. Sergant Michell imediatly pulls the suspect out of his vehicle. The suspect is arrested. Then, another pursuited vehicle passes by, and shoots 2 Law Enforcement Officers! Sergant Michell toke cover quickly enough, and didn't get shot at all. Then an ambulance comes and starts to recive the men. The medic notices at first, that the 2 LEO's are dead. Then he begings to recive the suspect who got shot aswell in the drive-by. Sergant Michell hears some help-reguests near by, and runs towards the voices. He notices a civilian who has been drove over. Sergant Michell puts away his weapon, and reaches for his radio. Then, suddiently, everyone hears a SHOT! Then they notice, possibly mafia reliated, man running towards armed. The shooter shoots a few shots at the situation. The medic runs away from the situation, and the "old" suspect attempts to crawl away. But the mafia member notices him, and shoots him imediatly! The suspect dies due of many shots towards him. Sergant Michell begings to shoot at the mafia member, and the battle begings... After a long shootout between Sergant Michell and the mafia member, an N.O.O.S.E team vehicle drives past, possibly after the drive-by vehicle. The mafia member backs off from his cover (behind a taxi), and Sergant Michell takes a dangerous move... He jumps out of his cover (behind his cruiser), aims at the shooter, and begings to shoot his legs. The shooter falls down. Sergant Michell runs to the shot-down man, secures the weapon, and cuffs him. After the arrest, he calls by several colleague's. The shooter gets recived, and driven to the local police station. The shooter is facing now 10 years of prisontime, due of attempted murder of an LEO, murder of an civilian, and not telling any information about the drive-by vehicle persons.

(( Actually, i killed the Officers, because they attempted to kill my suspect w/o a reason, DEATHMATCHERS! =@ And i shot the "strange shot", and the mafia member started to shoot at me. ))
