I want to use another language (ETC. Korean) in RAGEPluginHook.

but, When I try that I can't see any language in GTA5.

That is so cool. I think you have to make sure your computer runs windows in the same language but I'm not sure.

I use windows in the same language, and I install language pack (korean) but it's same.
