The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi! I am trying to start up my ragehook but it says that it can't hook the game? I turned of my anti virus. So that is not the problem. Do you guys have a fix for this problem?

 

Sorry if my englisch is bad. I am from the Netherlands.

    Try launching RPH as admin.

    Try giving it permissions by going to the Rage Hook Plugin application > Right-click> Properties > Security

     

    Should see this
