Do you have any plugins in your plugins folder?  Any plugins in plugins-->lspdfr? Any scripts in your "scripts" folder?

Right away I noticed you're missing two folders.

 

_CommonRedist and Installers.  Can you verify you don't have these?

yes i dont have those and i didnt know i need them

Go ahead and go to the LSPDFR download page and choose manual install.  Drag those two folders to your GTA V directory.

Im pretty sure it comes from downloading GTA V. If you bought the game through steam, try verifying the game cache. If you have the disc, i think you will have to reinstall the game. Not sure about that though.

i have the Disk where u get like the 7 disk that u have to install but i never got those files when i installed it the first time

I'm not sure why you wouldn't get them.  I'm pretty sure everyone is supposed to have them.

Thats quite weird... Did you try to follow a video tutorial how to install LSPDFR and RPH?

My suggestion is this: Reinstall GTA V. Boot it up, make sure it works without mods. Next, follow a video tutorial on how to install LSPDFR and RPH. I recommend this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gCAuilz1nbs

After install ONLY LSPDFR and RPH, boot up the game. Make sure the game boots up and LSPDFR is playable. Then, follow the same tutorial with installing mods and cars. I have no clue what else to do with those missing files though.

Unfortunately, I'm really not sure what else to offer at this point. I could try and send you the folders and see how it goes, but I don't know how it'd react with the disc version if it didn't come with them to begin with.  I kinda don't want to try and make things worse.

Delete your entire GTA V game. Everything that goes with it. Reinstalling is always a pain, but i have no clue what to do with those 2 folders other than try to reinstall the game.
