well i just downloaded the LSPDFR troubleshooter today and everytime i reload it it says that 

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010  Redistributable Package (x64) is not installed so i install it multiple times and it says that it is still not installed so i dont know

Now do you have any callout packs or mods that have ambient events?  If yes, go in and disable those ambient events.

sometime over last week maybe but when i jus did the setup thing again is said something i had corrupt with the LSPD first response file because it did not have the GTA5.exe in it

Unfortunately, you may need to end up redownloading LSPDFR and RPH if it said that, and now you're having this.

I Google searched the error in your log, what I found essentially comes back to your PC not having enough memory for the actual modded model.  Granted, this could be wrong in your case.

Upgrade your computer, but ignore that for right now.  The game is unable to load something, I have no clue what.  Do you have any modded peds, any replacement cars, any standalone....anything that is a modded model?

nope only things i have gotten for the game is,LSPDFR,rage plugin,and a few plugins that are inside of LSPDFR

but nothing for like cars and skin and weapons none of that
