Does anyone know why LSPDFR crashes due to:

 

 UNHANDLED EXCEPTION DURING GAME FIBER TICK

This crash also happened with Code 3 Callouts.

 

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. I don't why but my game is crashing every 10 to 15 minutes.

Unfortunately, rage.ped is a common issue.  I would temporarily remove code 3 callouts and see if that is the root cause.
