GTAV crashes/wont launch

Featured Replies

I have had gta v and lspdfr for awhile now. Recently I installed geforce experience, and it screwed with my frames and eventually led to the crashing problem I think. I uninstalled it, still crashed on launch. I updated drivers, still crashes. Verified files on steam, still crashes. When I launch via ragehook, it crashes automatically. When I launch via steam, it will launch, and then when I try to change the refresh rate back to 60hz (where it was before), it crashes when I apply the changes. Vsync is off. My game and ragehook are completely up to date. Any help would be appreciated. I have done everything I have seen suggested, minus a complete reinstall of the game. I have spent 5 plus hours trying to solve this.
