The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I downloaded LSPDFR 0.3.1 the latest download, and when I do rage opens up fine but when its time for rage to upload LSPDFR it crashes then rage freezes. I tried taking out plugins and only leaving LSPDFR and LSPDFR.dII in but it didnt work. I was able to play before.

Try loading the game via GTAVLauncher, and let it install the updates if required.

 

Then go back to RagePlugin Hook and run it via that.
