Hey there!  You can change the vehicles via OpenIV.

In OpenIV, go to mods-->update-->x64-->dlcpacks.  From here, go to the latest patchday and paste in the new vehicle models.  You can also go into the individual patchdays (like patchday3) and replace the files.  Both methods work.

I meant how to change that unmarked patroling instead of police1 and 2

Sorry for the misunderstandings

I'm sorry, I'm still not understanding.  What do you mean unmarked patrolling?

You can change responding or police cars in gta. Like if you shot one police s coming, and you can set which car is coming.

If you mean as a criminal and having the police come after you, yes, you can change which police cars respond.  It's the same way I mentioned above. :) The AI will respond in the police cars that are in the game as police, police2, police3, police4, etc.

No you can chnage it anywhere in settings, which Police(1,2,3,4) is responding, there is an option where you can say responding car </police1 etc.

Ohhhh!  Backup.xml is what you want.

Open your GTA V folder-->LSPDFR.  Backup.xml is right there. :)
