I get this error loading up in the loading screen. I already have the newest version of RPH. What's wrong :(

I have the same exact problem here and it's becoming very frustrating as to what is causing it. I've tried reinstalling RPH, my plugins and a variety of other stuff with no avail. Hopefully someone can figure out what is causing this.

What I don't understand is the people who are supporting others with this issue and people who can play the game. How does it work for them?

i kept receiving a fatal error on start up and couldnt use rage upon unticking the countermeasures against online vehicles the issue went away could be worth a shot in yalls case

Doesn't work.

i just got this same screen after putting my mods folder back in, take out the folder with any custom vehicles and it works in my case since everything was overwritten only x64e had custom cars remove that folder from mods and game loads 

Ok Ive had this problem last night and I wanted to smash my computer, so here is the fix. Launch Gta 5 via PlayGta5.exe you know the normal way then when your in story mode and already fully loaded into story mode then launch Rage hook, love me later hope it works for you guys like it did for me.

How do you start RPH through normal mode? I've never done that before, so I'm not sure how.

Just launch gta 5 like you normaly would without using rph. So  if you have steam launch it through steam if you have retail launch it through the file named Gta5 in the directory.
